Helen Mae Klosner Salonis

Helen and John Salonis adopted David, Kathleen, and Kimberley.

Helen's favorite bible verses were included in the "Going Home" Memorial Booklet at the church services:

Seek the Lord while he may be found, call upon him while he is near.
Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts;
let him return to the Lord, and he will have mercy on him;
and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways," says the Lord.
"For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways,
and my thoughts than your thoughts."

For you shall go out with joy, and be led out with peace;

Helen married John (Jr.) Salonis on 23 Apr 1960 in Omaha, NE. (John (Jr.) Salonis was born on 22 Jun 1938 in Worcester, MA and died on 26 Mar 2007 in Omaha, NE.)
