Julia Kurka

Julia was the second child of Wenzel Kurka and Machtilda Maier Kurka and died at the age of 14 years. She is buried in the family cemetery on the homestead farm in the area known as Dukeville about 12 miles northwest of Verdigre. The farm later became known as the Birr farm when it was operated by their daughter Mary and her husband Theodore Birr.
